RASEED — PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Raseed ("Raseed," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by FineIT Private Limited, collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and what choices you have. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a. Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your username, email address, and a securely hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

b. Client Information You Enter
To generate invoices, you may enter information about your own clients, including their name, email address, phone number, address, and company name. This information is provided by you, for your use, and is treated as your data — see Section 7.

c. Payment Account Details
You may add payment account details (e.g. Payoneer, bank account, Wise) to display on your invoices so your clients know how to pay you. Raseed stores these details but does not process, transmit, or have access to any actual funds — see our Terms and Conditions, Section 4.

d. Invoice and Financial Data
Invoice line items, amounts, currencies, notes, tax settings (WHT, PSEB), and payment/status history that you create within the Service.

e. Usage and Technical Data
Standard technical data such as login timestamps, session cookies (to keep you signed in), and your selected theme/language preference.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information above to:

• Operate the Service (generate invoices, calculate WHT/PSEB figures, track payment status, send reminders you configure);
• Maintain your account and authenticate your login;
• Respond to support requests you send us;
• Improve and maintain the reliability of the Service.

We do not sell your information or your clients' information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. MUNSHI AI ASSISTANT AND THIRD-PARTY AI PROCESSING

Raseed includes an optional AI assistant ("Munshi") that answers questions about your invoice data and can create invoices on your behalf when you ask it to. When you use Munshi:

• Your messages, along with a summary of your own invoice/client data needed to answer your question or complete your request, are sent to Groq, Inc. ("Groq"), a third-party AI service provider, for processing.
• This data may be processed on servers located outside Pakistan.
• Munshi never takes an action (such as creating an invoice) without first showing you a confirmation card that you must approve — the AI's output is never written directly to your account data.
• We do not control Groq's own data retention practices; refer to Groq's privacy policy for details on how they handle data submitted to their API. If you do not want your data processed this way, simply do not use the Munshi assistant — all other Raseed features work independently of it.

4. WHATSAPP AND EMAIL SHARING FEATURES

Raseed lets you share an invoice with your client via a WhatsApp link or by email.

• WhatsApp sharing generates a pre-filled message and a secure, unguessable invoice link on your own device; Raseed does not send the WhatsApp message itself or have access to your WhatsApp account — the message is sent from your device through WhatsApp when you choose to send it.
• Email sharing uses your client's email address, entered by you, solely to deliver that specific invoice. We do not use your clients' email addresses for any other purpose.

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored in Raseed's database. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your account and invoice data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your data and account at any time using the account deletion feature in Settings. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by you or by us.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may:

• Access and update your account, client, and invoice information directly within the Service at any time;
• Delete your data and close your account at any time (Section 6);
• Contact us with any question or concern about how your information is handled, at the contact details in Section 10.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18 years of age.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
